The averments made in the application shows that delay has occasioned on account of administrative reasons. The delay is not intentional and deliberate. The applicant has not derived any disadvantage from making delay. 3. The learned advocate for Acquiring Body submits that already demand is raised with the Government for sanction of amount and it is expected within eight weeks from today. He, therefore, seeks extension of time to deposit the amount. 2. Considering submissions advanced, time to deposit the amount is extended by eight weeks from today. 3.
