ORDER
Impugning the proceedings issued vide No.63/2024/DVC/PRP/B4/16th, dated 15.11.2024 (Ex.P2), whereby suspending the petitioner (temporarily out of contract), the above writ petition is filed.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a Field Assistant at Pedaramabhadrapuram village, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Anakapalli District, by the 4th respondent in the year 2017 and since then, petitioner has been discharging her duties. In the social audit conducted from 19.06.2024 to 04.07.202, irregularities were pointed out and hence, the petitioner was
directed to pay an amount of Rs.29,323/-, however, the petitioner failed to pay
the said amount. Hence, the petitioner was placed under suspension by the proceedings impugned (Ex.P2).
3. Heard Sri V.V.N. Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services–I for the 1st respondent and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4.
4. At the hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to pay the amount of Rs.29,323/- in installments. He would also submit that the petitioner already paid an amount of Rs.4,000/- on
09.01.2025.
5. In reply, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4 endorses the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the counsel, directing the petitioner to make a representation to the 4th respondent, within one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, expressing the intention of readiness to pay the amount payable in installments. On receipt of such a representation, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the Rules. The 4th Respondent shall also pass appropriate orders, qua Ex.P2, strictly as per Field Assistant Human Resource Policy, 2013. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
