In this appeal on 07.08.2012, the direction was given that respondent shall not remarry during the pendency of the appeal. 3. Ms.D. Divya, learned counsel representing Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have settled their dispute out of the Court. She further submits that the appellant does not want to press the appeal and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
