JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA ORDER 11.11.2025 This Interlocutory Application has been preferred seeking correction of certain typographical errors which have crept into the order dated 06.11.2025, passed by this Court in AB No. 2522/2025. It is stated that at paragraph No. 4, the name of the informant has been typed as Nobir Hussain instead of Ful Bhanu Nessa, and the date of lodging of the FIR is wrongly mentioned as 18.08.2025 instead of 25.07.2025. The name of the School is also wrongly mentioned as Hatipara Anchalik High School instead of Ambia Memorial High School, and further, Bahar Ali High School has been typed instead of Mayer char High School. 2. The record has been perused and it appears that the aforesaid typographical errors had crept into the said order. 3. Accordingly, in paragraph No. 4 of the said order, the name of the informant shall be read as Ful Bhanu Nessa instead of Nobir Hussain; the date 18.08.2025 shall be read as 25.07.2025; the name Hatipara Anchalik High School shall be read as Ambia Memorial High School; and the name Bahar Ali Page No.# 3/3 High School shall be read as Mayer Char High School. 4.
