Learned counsel for applicant submitted that the scheduled date in the matter was 15.12.2023 but same was listed on 13.12.2023 therefore he could not take note of it, which resulted in dismissal of second appeal. Learned counsel for respondent has opposed the restoration application. Having considered the bonafide as shown herein and the reasons as mentioned in the application, same is allowed and S.B.
