The learned State counsel for the opposite party nos. 1 – 4 is found absent today on call. 3. The instant application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 is preferred seeking condonation of delay of 68 days, which period of delay is stated to have occurred in preferring the accompanying review petition, Review Petition no. 2/2025 against a Judgment and Order dated 09.12.2024 passed in Writ Appeal no. 20[K]/2024. 4. We have gone through the statements and averments made in the instant interlocutory application, more particularly, paragraph 6 thereof. 5. Having gone through the same, we are of the considered view that the applicant has been able to show sufficient cause for condoning delay of 68 days.
