The advertisement was issued by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department on 29.07.2010. 2. Petitioners have challenged the same on different grounds. 3. During the course of argument, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the aforesaid advertisement has been quashed and set aside by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.13950- 13951 of 2024 and analogous cases decided on 10.02.2025. 4. Since the entire appointment process has been struck down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the aforesaid Civil Appeal and this writ petition relates to the same issue, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of in terms of final judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.13950-13951 of 2024 and analogous cases.
