Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to consideration of the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd April, 2025 (Annexure-A) by the respondent No.2 for change of Khata in favour of the petitioner, which is presently existed in the name of husband of the petitioner. 3. Heard Sri. Adinarayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. - 3 -

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, the same would indicate that the husband of the petitioner died on 29th January, 2025 and the petitioner submitted her representation to the respondent No.2 to effect Khata of the land in question, which is presently existed in the name of the husband of the petitioner in her favour. Therefore, respondent No.2-Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd April, 2025 (Annexure-A), within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
