…...... 05/ 24.06.2025: This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 308(3), 308(4), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, in connection with Chandankiyari (Amlabad O.P.) P.S. Case No.148 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bokaro.
2. Heard the parties at length and had gone through the documents, annexed along with this application.

Learned A.P.P after going through the case diary and record, submits that the allegations are found to be true under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, but as per him all the Sections are bailable in nature. He lastly submits that in view of the aforesaid fact, this anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
4. Since, during investigation, the material has been found against the petitioner, but the offences are bailable in nature, I direct the petitioner to appear before the Court concerned.
5. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
