Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Budmu P.S. Case No.32 of 2024, (S.T. No.633 of 2024), for the offences registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Amit Shekhar, learned A.J.C.-XV, Ranchi. Petitioner No.1 Sanjay Ganjhu @ Sanjay Kumar Ganjhu is the husband of the deceased namely Nisha Kumari while petitioner No.2 Shahdev Ganjhu @ Sahdeo Ganjhu is the father-in-law of the deceased. The deceased died because of asphyxia due to drowning. Learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary and submitted that there is allegation that the deceased was assaulted by the accused persons due to which she committed suicide. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner No.1 Sanjay Ganjhu @ Sanjay Kumar Ganjhu, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. As far as petitioner No.2 Shahdev Ganjhu @ Sahdeo Ganjhu is concerned, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail, accordingly petitioner No.2 Shahdev Ganjhu @ Sahdeo Ganjhu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Shekhar, learned A.J.C.-XV, Ranchi or his successor, in connection with Budmu P.S. Case No.32 of 2024, (S.T. No.633 of 2024).
