This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent No.3 in deciding their representation dated 18.12.2024. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that raising their grievances the petitioners have filed the representation dated 18.12.2024 before the respondent No.3, however the same has not yet been decided by the said authority. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Maha Van, District Mathura should be directed to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 18.12.2024. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Maha Van, District Mathura is directed to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 18.12.2024 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 6.
