It is the case of the petitioner that after certain orders were issued in W.P.No.13654/2025 initially endorsement came to be issued and subsequently after much insistence First Information Report (FIR) has been registered as per Annexure - C. It is further submitted in Crime No.0078/2025, the said FIR does not encapsulate the entirety of the allegations made out in the complaint. 2. However, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that once an FIR is registered, investigation would be initiated and necessary steps be taken and interference at this stage is premature. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19393 WP No. 16236 of 2025 3. Taking note of the said submission of learned Additional Government Advocate, needless to state that once an FIR is registered, the investigation to be concluded expeditiously and necessary report be filed depending on the investigation. 4. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. Accordingly, petition is disposed off. 5. Needless to state during the process of investigation, the de-facto complainant is required to be heard.
