This petition has been filed for restoration of Cr. Revision No. 273 of 2024 in its original file which was dismissed for non compliance of peremptory order dated 13.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently typed copy was not filed within time in view of that the said Cr. Revision No. 273 of 2024 has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the State has got no serious objection if the said petition is restored in its original file.

It appears that sufficient cause has been made for restoration.

Accordingly, Cr. Revision No. 273 of 2024 is restored in its original file.
