Case No. 145 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 140(2), 64(2)(m), 69 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Giridih. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a married lady having four children. The occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 11.09.2024. The F.I.R. has been instituted on 26.10.2024. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Giridih in connection with Pachamba P.S.
