Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief prayed for by the petitioner now stands granted by the State and he has been conferred promotion from due date in terms of Annexure P-13. He, accordingly, submits that interest of justice would be served in case the respondents are directed 2 to ensure that benefits which accrued from the said order are conferred upon him within some reasonable time. 3. The petition is accordingly, disposed of with the direction that the benefits which accrued to the petitioner, in the terms of proceedings dated 25.11.2025, copy whereof is now placed on record as Annexure P-13, be released in his favour within three months from today.
