By virtue of the order impugned, the 5*'' respondent in the writ petition namely, Smt. K. V. Prabhavathi - appellant herein, whose recognition the President of the elected body of Andhra Kabaddi Association, has been held to be without jurisdiction. 2. as 3. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, Mr. B. Adinarayana Rao, would urge that the view expressed by the learned Single Judge is unsustainable and tried to persuade this Court to go into the merits with a view 2 HCJ & RC] WA_853_2025 . ' to show as to how the interim order was required to be set aside. However, we notice that the respondents have not yet completed their pleadings in the Writ Petition. In case, we were to go into the merits of the case, it would have the effect of rendering the proceedings before the learned Single Judge, academic. On the suggestion of the Court, learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter be considered by the learned Single Judge on merits on 13.08.2025. It is also agreed that all parties, including respondent No.4, represented by Mr. Anjuman Tripathi, appearing through virtual mode, shall complete their pleadings on or before 07.08.2025. Copies will be exchanged in advance between learned counsel for the parties. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed by the petitioners.
