JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 29/01/2025 1. This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR No. 24/2018 registered at Police [2025:RJ-JP:4148] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4337/2018] Station Kotwali, District Alwar for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after thorough investigation, the Police has submitted final negative report in the matter and no cause of action survives in the petitioners to continue the petition. 3. In view of the fact that the final negative report has been submitted by the Police after investigation, this Court finds that there now no cause of action survives in the present petitioners to continue in the petition. 4. Accordingly, the present criminal misc. petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move an application for revival of this petition, in case need arises. 5.
