This application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, the accused petitioner namely, Bodor Ali, has prayed for bail in connection with PRC No. 214/2025 registered under Section 61(2)/115(2)/92/3(5) of BNS, 2023 is pending before the learned Chief Judicial magistrate, South Salmar Mankachar arising out of South Salmara P.S. case No. 41/2025 (G.R. No. 121/2025). 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that three other co-accused persons were granted regular bail by this Court on 13.08.2025, after completion of investigation resulting in a charge-sheet. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, perhaps custodial detention of the present petitioner is not necessary at this stage. 5. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner named above, shall be released on bail, in connection with the above case, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject, of course, to the following conditions:- (i) he shall be available for the trial, (ii) he shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence. 6.
