This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus Questioning the action of the Respondent No.3 in interfering with the Civil disputes in between the Petitioners and Respondent No.4 is illegal arbitrary and high handed violation of Article 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the

2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on report given by the respondent No.4, police have registered a case against the petitioners in Crime No.311 of 2025 of Vedayapalem Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. During the course of investigation, the petitioners were called to the police station to cooperate with the investigation; however, the petitioners have not been responding to the investigation properly. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
