1. The learned counsel for the parties are present.
2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 19.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2954 of 2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of intervener is not reflecting in the party position. He has referred to the order dated 12.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2954 of 2021 wherein the intervention application was allowed though it was observed that the intervener need not file any counter affidavit in this case.

Learned counsel for the opposite party has no serious objection to the prayer made by the petitioner.
4. This Court also finds that once the intervener was allowed, appropriate order ought to have been passed by this Court to include the intervener as a party respondent No. 10 in the writ petition.
5. Considering the submissions, the order dated 19.11.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 2954 of 2021 is modified and the name mentioned below as reflecting in the intervention petition is directed to be shown as intervener.
“Parmeshwar Prasad Mehta, aged about 58 years, Son of Late Dukhan Mahto, resident of Village- Champadih, P.O.- Suryapura, P.S.- Barhi (O.P. Padma), District- Hazaribagh.”
6. Office is directed to carry out the necessary insertion in the cause title of the writ petition and also in the order dated 19.11.2024.
