Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:35168-DB Court No. - 42 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 4555 of 2025 Petitioner :- Vashishtha Kumar And 2 Others Respondent :- State Of Up And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Neha Rajput,Parmeshwar Kr. Chaudhary Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 15.07.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0586 of 2024, under Section 87 of BNS, Police Station Pipraich, District Gorakhpur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is alleged that the first petitioner has eloped with the informant's daughter, who is approximately 18 years old, and all the petitioners have been named in the impugned FIR. The learned A.G.A. submits that the first petitioner was reportedly seen with the informant’s daughter at Sant Kabir Nagar railway station on a prior occasion. 4. Considering the facts of the case, and the fact that the informant’s daughter remains untraceable till date, there is no sufficient ground to warrant interference with the impugned FIR. Consequently, the writ petition is found to be devoid of merit and is hereby dismissed. (Prashant Kumar,J.) (Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.)
