CMP(M) No. 2041 of 2024 Keeping in view the averments made in the application duly supported by the affidavit of Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Soni, presently working as Superintending Engineer, Jal Shakti Circle, Solan, District Solan, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. Therefore, the delay of 36 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. LPA No. 32 of 2025 Learned Deputy Advocate General contends that the judgment dated 28.05.2024, passed by this Court in CWP No. 2274 of 2021, Satya Devi Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others a/w other connected matters has been assailed by way of SLP before the Apex Court and is pending. Therefore, if the order of the learned Single Judge is implemented, the petitioner has to be taken back in service, whereas she is going to retire on 31.01.2025. Notice be issued to the respondent returnable within four weeks, on taking steps within one week. List on 26.03.2025 CMP No. 1418 of 2025 In view of the above stated position, we stay the operation of order dated 06.09.2024, passed in CWP No. 9410 of 2024, during the pendency of the appeal.
