However, the period for payment was not inadvertently fixed. 4. After hearing the learned counsel representing the parties, the Respondent is directed to pay all arrears of maintenance within a period of next six months, however he is directed to continue to pay maintenance @ Rs. 1,25,000/- per month without any break.
