Mr. Malay Kaushal, Advocate, for the non- applicants. CMP No. 25721 of 2024 By way of this application, a prayer has been made for modification of order dated 13.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that as the appeal filed by the applicant was allowed by this Court, therefore, the applicant is entitled for the refund of the entire amount deposited with the Registry, with interest. However, in terms of order dated 13.11.2024, it was ordered that excess amount be refunded. He, therefore, prays that this order be modified and Registry be directed to refund the entire deposited amount along-with interest. As there is no opposition to the application, the same is allowed as prayed for. Order dated 13.11.2024 passed in CMP No. 20652 of 2024 is hereby modified and Registry is directed to refund the entire presently deposited amount to the applicant along-with up-to-date interest.
