At the very outset, Sri Rakesh Kumar Bharti, learned counsel for the applicant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 3. Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to prefer petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India since the matter is arising out of revisional order which is put under challenge whereas the initial order passed by authority concerned is in shape of rejecting the application preferred at the behest of petitioner for release of the vehicle. 4.
