On perusal of said memo dated 6th February, 2024 it appears that prayer of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground has been spurned by giving certain reasons. 3. Memo dated 6th February, 2024 is not questioned in this writ petition. 4. Hence, legality and validity of this memo dated 6th February, 2024 cannot be examined. 5. Writ petition stands dismissed. 6. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law thereby questioning memo dated 6th February, 2024. 2 7.
