The prayer in this petition is to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner - Association, copies of which are produced at Annexures-E, F and H. By these representations, the petitioner is requesting the authorities to issue Hakku Patra and also execute Sale Deeds in respect of certain properties, which according to it were allotted to some of the members of the petitioner - Association. 2. In my view, since the petitioner – Association is claiming that its members are entitled to Hakku Patra to be issued and also Deeds of Conveyance, it would be appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass orders in accordance - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:7050 WP No. 15133 of 2023 with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
