Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 685 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(2), 308(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 25(1-B) a, 26/35 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 15.10.2024 at 7.30 a.m., Manika Police apprehended one Anil Kumar Yadav from a place near his house at village Jungur. Anil Kumar Yadav stated that he was a member of extremist organization and the present petitioners are also members of the said organization. On his pointing out, petitioners were apprehended. On search, one rifle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner Akhilesh Yadav, while one rifle and a country made pistol was recovered from the petitioner Sagar Yadav. 4. Report regarding the criminal antecedent of the petitioners earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. 2. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Latehar in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 685 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
