Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioners is that the Criminal Case No. 5089/2019 has been registered against the petitioners at Sarkanda, Bilaspur is pending consideration since 17.12.2019. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Criminal Case No. 5089/2019 within a stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Kujur, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Judicial magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Criminal Case No. 5089/2019 expeditiously. 5.
