Counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the respondent no.2-Block Development Officer, Block Pinahat, District Agra to provide the certified copies of the required village Panchayat record of village Panchayat Umraitha, Block Pinahat, District Agra pursuant to the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Abhilekhon Ki Pratilipiyan Diya Jana) Niyamavali, 1999 within the stipulated period. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that regarding the same application has been filed but till date no decision has been taken on the same. 3. It is argued by counsel for the respondent no.2 that the necessary orders be passed in the aforesaid application expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no.2-Block Development Officer, Block Pinahat, District Agra is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application strictly in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after completing formalities as required under Section 4 & 5 of Chapter-2, Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Abhilekhon Ki Pratilipiyan Diya Jana) Niyamavali, 1999 unless there is no legal impediment.
