The Court made the following order: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971 against the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders dated 04.11.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.28928 of 2023. 2. Sri K.vijaya Raju, learned counsel, representing Sri P.Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that pursuant to the filing of this Contempt Case, the respondent authorities have issued proceedings vide Rc.B.298/2023 dated 26.10.2024 on the petitioner’s application dated 21.04.2023, thereby rejecting the claim of the petitioner. He seeks liberty to challenge the said proceedings and accordingly prayed to close the Contempt Case. 3. Recording the said submission, since the respondent authorities have issued proceedings pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 26.10.2024 issued by the Tahsildar, Ozili Mandal before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
