This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.2536 of 2022 (Shailendra Kumar Vs. Smt. Sudha Singh), under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Naini, District Allahabad, within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act in the year 2022 but the same has not been decided so far due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
