1. Mr. Mohd. Safdar, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. The present applicant-Neeraj, is seeking bail in relation to FIR/ Case Crime No. 383 of 2024, dated 18.09.2024 lodged at P.S. Ranipur District Haridwar wherein the present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 61(2) of BNS
2023.

Mr. Safdar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated, and, only this much has been shown by the prosecution that fake currency is recovered from the possession of the applicant. There is no allegation with regard using of these fake currencies.
5. On the other side, learned State Counsel submits that there is criminal
2025:UHC:1220 history of the applicant; one in the case relating to the NDPS and another relating to the theft. Apart from this he submits that the applicant is also running a gang with other persons and from their possession laptop, printer, charger, cutter, scissor were also recovered and large number of currency of 500 notes with same serial number were also recovered from the applicant.
6. After gone through with the FIR, and furthermore on the instructions of the learned A.G.A. for the State, this Court finds no merit in the bail application.
7. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
