THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 260 of 2025 ORDER: The Criminal Petition, u/See.482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.314/2020 of GuntakaI Rural Police Station, Ananthapuramu District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC. 3. The case of the prosecution in brief is that on 22.9.2020, on credible information, the S.I. of Guntakal Police Station along with Village Revenue Officer, visited mee-seva center being run by the Petitioner and Observed that it Was Closed and locked. On enquiry, police came to know that the petitioner went to his relatives' house. When the informant along wI'th his team Visited Marutla Village and enquired about the accused, he informed that he is changing the age, address, phone particulars in the Aadhar card by collecting Rs.100/-. He was also changing the details in the PAN card. He has changed the Aadhar cards of 60 people. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is at fag end. H- --- \. 6. A perusal of the materl'al available on record goes to showthat the petjtjoner Its alleged to have changed the age, address and phone numbers in the Aadhar cards. lt js alleged that he has changed the age of about 50 members jn the Aadhar cards. In pursuant to that, nothing has been seized to show that by virtue of the change of the age, phone numbers and address jn Aadhar cards, the petitI-Oner was benefited in any way. Except the accusation that he has changed the age, phone number and addresses I'n the Aadhar cards of persons, nothing has been stated in the First Information Report. During the course of investigation, nothing has been seized so as to cause any loss to the Government exchequer. ln view of the same, this court is inclined to consider the prayer of the petjtjoner/accused for grant of anticl'patory bail. 7.
