The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jai Nagar (Telaiya Dam OP) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial magistrate, Koderma. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased. She died due to poisoning in her matrimonial home. 4. From perusal of post-mortem report, it appears that she had sustained two abrasion one below chin and other on the left cervical. 5. Mr. Ashim Kr. Sahani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that some of the independent witnesses have stated that earlier also, the deceased had attempted to commit suicide. It was further submitted that some of the witnesses have stated that they heard that there was some dispute between the deceased and the petitioner. They have also stated that the deceased must have consumed poison herself. 6. From perusal of post-mortem report, it is apparent that there was abrasion just below the chin and left cervical of the deceased which manifests that she was forcibly made to consume poison. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
