The present application has been filed praying for allowing impleadment of the present respondent Nos. 9, 10 & 11 as respondent Nos. 9, 10 & 11 in the connected WP(C) No. 396 of 2024 as they are necessary parties in the proceedings. Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA and Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel representing the respondents including the proposed respondent Nos. 9, 10 & 11 submitted that they have no objection in allowing the impleadment application. (i) Wahengbam Manishwor Singh, Secretary of the Governing Body of the Pole Star College, (ii) Elangbam Surchand Singh & (iii) Wahengbam Birla Singh, members of the Governing Body of the Pole Star College as Respondent No. 9, 10 and 11 in the connected writ petition i.e. W.P(C) No. 396 of 2024 in necessary. Accordingly, the present impleadment application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the above named three persons as respondent Nos. 9, 10 & 11 in the connected writ petition.
