For the petitioner : Mr.Hem Chand Sharma, Advocate. For the respondents : Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, Additional Advocate General, for the respondent- State. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed by way of writ of mandamus to pay enhanced compensation to the petitioner in terms of the judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court vide Annexure P-4 at par with the other similarly situated persons. (ii) That the order dated 23.08.2024 (Annexure P-3) may kindly be set aside and directing the Respondent No.2 to pass fresh order in terms of Annexure P-4).”
2. Faced with the query of the Court, as to how the writ petition was maintainable against the order passed, rejecting the application filed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act,
