2. on written instructions, would submit that, based on the representation of the Petitioner, on enquiry, it came to the light that there are civil disputes between the parties and the matter is purely of civil nature. Police never interfere with the civil disputes between the parties. Sri P.A.Seshu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out her remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand
