Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been disturbed without permitting him to complete his normal tenure at Udaypur and further the private respondent stands appointed in his home sub-division, which is contrary to the transfer policy. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has now 2 completed almost 2 years in the present place of posting, this petition is disposed of with the direction that both the petitioner and the private respondent shall approach the authority for their adjustment at some other station within a period of two weeks from today and appropriate orders be passed thereupon by the authority within two weeks thereafter.
