The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “1. allow this petition. 2. Quash the FIR No.47/2025 dated 23.02.2025 registered at Police Station Mujhgahan, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 75 of B.N.S. 2023 and petitioner be discharged, in the interest of justice.” 3. On perusal of the prayers in the present petition, it transpires that the present petition is drafted with the prayers which are defective as though the charge-sheet has been filed, but in the prayer, the same has not been challenged, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayers without quashing of the charge-sheet, to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file afresh petition with proper prayers. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Government Disabled College, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 3 6. Certified copy of the impugned FIR as well as charge-sheet as also the other documents may be returned back to the petitioner after retaining photocopy of the same.
