Sl.No. 93 Court No. 35 G.S.Das 01.07.2025 WPA 13073 of 2025 Amit Kumar Bayen -Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Sudarshan Ghosh … for the Petitioner(s) Ms. Amrita Panja Moulick Ms. Sanchayita De … for the State-respondent(s) Mr. Samrat Dey Paul Mr. A. Chakraborty … for the respondent no.6 Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing the Bakultala Police Station on or about 26.05.2025, no steps have been taken by the police authorities and the petitioner is suffering because of excesses of the private respondents who have ransacked the vegetables and fruits by entering into the petitioner’s property as also attacked him with sticks and bamboos. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Bakultala PS Case No. 324 of 2025 dated 17.06.2025 has already been registered for investigation, statements have been recorded and notices have been issued under Section 35(3) of the BNSS. Having regard to the steps taken by the investigating agency, I am of the view that further direction of this Court is unwarranted. Learned advocate for the private respondent no.6 is present and submits that since affidavits have not been invited, other allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13073 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
