This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondents in not considering the representation dt.20.05.2025 as arbitrary illegal colorable exercise of power and contrary to the well established legal principles apart from being voilative of fundamental and Constitutional Rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14

16 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider my representation dt.20.05.2025”
2. Heard Sri Banu Prasad Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. It is a case and counter-case, and the grievance of the petitioner is that she sustained grievous injuries; however, the police have failed to invoke the correct section of law applicable to the offence.
4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise such contentions before the concerned Court having jurisdiction, and the learned Judge may take appropriate decision over the subject matter, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
