Pursuant to show cause notice dated 04.11.2024 and 16.11.2024, reply has been submitted by the petitioner on 19.11.2024. 2. After going through the reply submitted by the petitioner, an order dated 11.02.2025 was passed by the respondent no.5-District Basic Education Officer, Sonbhadra. 3. It is argued by Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner that while passing the order dated 11.02.2025, reply submitted by the petitioner, was not at all taken into consideration. 4. This fact is very fairly admitted by Smt. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5. 5. On the facts and circumstances of the case, since the order dated 11.02.2025 has been passed by the respondent no.5-District Basic Education Officer, Sonbhadra without considering the reply submitted the petitioner, as such same is liable to be set aside and it is hereby set aside. The District Basic Education Officer, Sonbhadra is directed to pass a fresh order strictly in accordance with law after considering the reply submitted by the petitioner most expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. 6. Smt. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5 will inform about this order to respondent no.5- District Basic Education Officer, Sonbhadra within a week. 7.
