It is contended by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that pursuant to issuance of the notice dated 05.05.2025 (Annexure-A), the petitioner has filed reply to the said notice dated 09.05.2025 (Annexure-H). 3. In that view of the matter, since the reply to the impugned notice has been filed by the petitioner herein, the same has to be considered by respondent No.2 in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders accordingly. 4. It is made clear that, till the consideration of the reply to the notice produced at Annexure-H, no precipitative action be taken against the petitioner by respondent No.2. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19056 WP No. 15963 of 2025 5. It is also made clear that all contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.
