Petitioner has complied with the earlier bail conditions. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits for waiver of the condition to meet the Officer-in-Charge once in a week until further order. The other conditions have been waived by this Hon’ble Court in CRM 5780 of 2021 with CRAN 2 of 2023. The instant proceedings have been stayed by the Hon’ble Court in CRR 3579 of 2024 vide order dated 4th October, 2024. He seeks for waiver of the conditions. He files copy of the order of stay, which is taken on record. 2 Learned Advocate for the State leaves the matter to the discretion of the Court. In view of the submissions advanced and as compliance has been made by the petitioner, the condition is accordingly modified.
