The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is, therefore most humbly prayed before theHon’ble Court that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and the FIR bearing No. 193/2023 registered at Police Station Jutemill, District Raigarh (CG) 3 may kindly be quashed and if any subsequent proceedings initiated in pursuance of the said FIR may also kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned. 4.
