Complainant-respondent No.3 has stated that he has amicably resolved all the disputes with the petitioners; he does not intend to pursue the impugned FIR and has no objection if the same is quashed. In view of the above, since parties have amicably resolved the differences, the present petition is allowed and impugned FIR No.43/2021 is quashed.
