Society Ltd. Thaliagaharam, Gudupalle Mandal, Chittoor District, Rep., by its Secretary i.e., the respondent No.7 society, i.e., the respondent No.6 society, without assigning any reason whatsoever, as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power and contrary to the well established principles apart from being violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.5and 6 to continue me in the post of Sangamithra of the respondent No.7 society and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.5 and 6 to allow me to discharge my duties as Sangamithra (Village Organization Assistant) of the respondent No.7 Society, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following ORDER:
Heard Sri M. Kiran Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.Hari Babu, learned standing counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents 2 to 6. 2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 5 and 6 in not allowing the petitioner from discharging her duties in respect of the 7th respondent society without issuing any notice, as illegal and arbitrary
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by resolution dated 14.07.2024, the petitioner was elected as VOA and she has been discharging duties as VOA. However, respondents 5 and 6 are not allowing the petitioner to discharge duties as VOA. 4. Learned standing counsel, on instructions, would submit that one N.Sivagamini, was elected as VOA in the place of the petitioner. The petitioner was elected as VOA of the 7th respondent by resolution dated 14.09.2024 and the name of the said Sivagamini is uploaded in the online portal. Learned standing counsel would also submit that respondents 5 and 6 are not interfering with the discharging duties of N.Sivagamini. 5. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will approach the proper forum seeking redressal regarding the election of Sivagamini as VOA. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the petitioner to

approach the proper forum seeking redressal regarding the election of Sivagamini as VOA of the 7th respondent society. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ SUBBA REDDY SATTI, J
