By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have primarily prayed for the following reliefs:-
“i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to correct the revenue entries in the revenue record as per grant made in the year 1976-77 showing the petitioners in the column of owners by issuing a writ of mandamus. ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioners in a time bound manner.”

3.
Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that these proceedings have been preferred by the petitioners just to evade the process which has been initiated to remove encroachment from government land under the provisions of the H.P. Land Revenue Act, this Court sees no reason to entertain this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed, however, dismissal of this writ petition shall not act as a bar to the petitioners to approach the appropriate revenue authorities for the redressal of their grievance, in case they so desire. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
