The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 7. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to communicate certified copy of this order to the concerned trial Court within a week from today for necessary compliance and follow up action, if any.
